Diversified African Holding Company

We build the capital, companies, and capabilities that power Africa’s future.

Titanium Group is a holding company for specialist platforms in energy, capital, healthcare, mobility, education, research, and technology. A single ecosystem, many instruments, one thesis: Africa deserves infrastructure that actually works.

A system of connected platforms

Titanium sits above a family of operating companies. Each subsidiary solves a precise problem; together, they share capital, knowledge, and deal flow.

Energy & Capital

Structuring gas, power, and infrastructure projects that fit African balance sheets.

From pre-development to FID, our capital and operating platforms move projects through each gate with aligned economics and execution discipline.

People & Code

Human, social, and digital platforms form the scaffolding around the assets: talent, research, healthcare, mobility, and software all oriented around the same development thesis.

Education, insight, care, movement, and code designed to reinforce the underlying infrastructure, not sit beside it.

We design and steward integrated systems, not isolated assets.

Titanium Group exists to turn complex African energy and infrastructure ideas into coherent, executable systems. We connect capital, operating companies, research, technology, and human capability into a single, disciplined platform.

Our mission is to reduce the friction between concept and commissioning: aligning value chains end-to-end, engineering bankable economics, and building teams that can own these assets for decades.

In practice, this means: fewer stranded projects, more integrated corridors, stronger technical governance, and capital structures that work for both sponsors and communities.

System-level design

We treat gas fields, midstream plants, power barges, refuelling networks, healthcare nodes, and software as a single system. Every project sits inside an integrated corridor, not as a one-off transaction.

Capital that matches physics

We engineer alternative investment vehicles, blended capital, and risk-sharing structures around technical realities: reservoir behaviour, load profiles, logistics, and policy cycles.

Execution discipline

Cross-functional teams span pre-development, FEED, FID, EPC, and operations. We design for constructability, operability, and lifecycle economics from day zero.

Knowledge as infrastructure

Dedicated education and research platforms operate as intellectual infrastructure: building talent, codifying lessons, and feeding structured insight back into each investment decision.

Human-centred outcomes

Healthcare, mobility, and technology platforms ensure that energy, movement, and care converge around the people who live along these corridors, not just the assets that traverse them.

Repeatable playbooks

Each project is a template for the next: we turn once-off “hero” deals into standardised structures, documentation, and processes that can be replicated across markets.

A holding architecture built from hard lessons in the field.

Titanium did not start as a single idea on a slide. It began as real work: gas and power projects fighting for pre-development funding, education concepts trying to upskill thin teams, research efforts trying to make sense of scattered data, and early healthcare and mobility experiments around the same corridors.

The pattern that emerged was simple and unforgiving: fragmented value chains, misaligned capital, and no shared operating model across ventures. Each company was solving a real problem, but none of them were designed to reinforce the others.

Titanium Group is the response: a holding architecture that can host specialist platforms, standardise governance and capital, and deploy them as a single, integrated system across African markets.

Phase 01 · Field reality
Projects that refused to fit the template

FLNG concepts, gas-to-power projects, infrastructure corridors, and advisory mandates exposed the same friction: spreadsheets showing returns, but little alignment between capital providers, regulators, and technical teams on how to actually build and run the assets.

Signal Repeated pre-FID failures and stranded project pipelines.

Phase 02 · Pattern recognition
Seeing the system behind the noise

Across ventures, the same gaps appeared: no pre-development capital stack, fragmented midstream and downstream thinking, weak technical governance, and limited talent pipelines. It became clear that the problem was architectural, not individual.

Insight The ventures needed a shared spine, not isolated fixes.

Phase 03 · Consolidation
Assembling the Titanium ecosystem

Capital structuring was consolidated into a dedicated platform for financial engineering. Talent development and applied research matured into organised knowledge systems. Healthcare, mobility, and technology initiatives were unified into coherent operating lines, each aligned with a broader development model. Governance and risk functions were centralised at group level to create consistency and discipline across the portfolio.

Structure A holding group with specialist platforms wired into one model.

Phase 04 · Operating model
Corridor-based development

Titanium shifted from single-asset thinking to corridor thinking: oil and gas fields, midstream plants, power, mobility, healthcare, and digital tools developed along the same routes, reinforcing each other commercially and socially.

Method Build corridors, then deepen and replicate them.

Phase 05 · Horizon
From portfolio to continental playbooks

The next chapter is about scale with discipline: taking Titanium playbooks into multiple African markets with sovereigns, DFIs, OEMs, and local partners, while preserving technical depth, risk discipline, and long-term stewardship.

Direction A systems builder for African energy and real-economy infrastructure.

Where Titanium builds, invests, and orchestrates.

Titanium focuses on real-economy segments where engineering, capital design, and long-term stewardship converge. Each sector card describes a part of the value chain and the type of platforms that operate there inside the Titanium ecosystem.

Upstream · Exploration & Production
Exploration & Production

Selective participation in upstream oil and gas developments that anchor larger gas and energy corridors. Focus on assets where subsurface quality, commercial terms, and route-to-market can support integrated downstream and midstream build out.

Scope includes screening of basins and blocks, participation in bid rounds, farm in and farm out structures, and alignment of upstream work programs with midstream and power offtake plans.

Activities: screening, farm ins, technical due diligence Interfaces: midstream, capital, research
Midstream · Power · Infrastructure
Energy & Infrastructure Systems

Gas processing, LNG and FLNG linkages, power plants, pipelines, terminals, and supporting logistics built as part of coherent value chains rather than isolated projects.

Work spans concept development, pre-FEED and FEED support, structuring of tolling and offtake arrangements, and integration with power, mobility, and industrial demand.

Assets: gas plants, FLNG, power, pipelines Interfaces: upstream, capital, mobility
Capital · Structuring · Advisory
Capital & Advisory

Design and execution of capital products that fit African energy and infrastructure risk: diaspora funds, bonds, blended vehicles, and bespoke financing structures for sponsors and investors.

Mandates cover project finance support, capital stack architecture from pre-development to FID and beyond, and advisory across mergers, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
